Sara, thank you so much for your super sweet words! And wow that is a very large family – I don’t blame you for wanting to streamline prep! I think your idea is GENIUS!! Totally perfect idea to prep the cauli meat for both meals. Seasoning them separately is up to you – I think both ways work and is up to your preference. If you want to do them both with taco seasoning, great! If you want to do them separately that would work too. Thanks for thinking of this- and let us know how it goes!

Seriously, taking the grocery list with me has probably saved me hundreds of dollars on useless junk food.
I’m excited to give this latest meal plan a try; such summery fare is going to be a real treat!
I did have a question about prepping meat for the tacos and burger bowls. Could I just make enough of the Hidden Cauliflower Taco Meat for both meals? Would you recommend seasoning the meat separately to keep the distinct flavors to each dish?

Just trying to streamline prepping for my large, hungry family (husband, myself and 9 kids ๐Ÿ˜‰
